Bank of Scotland Midnight League is a national network of five-a-side football. Scottish FA coaches run the sessions at local sports centres and other venues, usually on Friday and Saturday evenings, with teams competing in weekly leagues.
You can form a team with your friends and turn up at your local venue, or come along and join a team.
There are prizes to be won every week, your team will get the chance to compete for trophies at regional finals days, and you could be named your region's player of the year.
