Ross HS Football Un 13's 4th Round....
An exemplary performance from East Lothian school side Ross High School saw them send Craigmount under 13's spiraling out of the Scottish Cup after a dramatic penalty shoot out.
Head coach Joe Moore heaped praise in his players for their commitment and sportmanship insisting the win is a watershed for the school.
'It was very encouraging that every player turned up even those who are injured turned up to watch showing that maybe we are slowly changing the culture of Ross High School Football.'
Moore went on to single out Dean Beveridge revealing the goalkeeper was the home sides hero who kept his side in the game in a backs to the wall performance.
'We were up against a very good Craigmount side and were 'under the cosh' for most of the match. The team showed great commitment and outstanding defending to keep the game to a 1-1 draw forcing penalties.
After sharing the spoils at full time with a goal a piece the match ended level after extra time and two brave Beveridge spot kick saves in the penalty shoot out saw them secure their place in the the last 16 draw.
