The club are based at Dunbar Grammar School in East Lothian. The club was launched to promote the strong basketball existence In Dunbar and allows all the girls the opportunity to play basketball at club level. The Dunbar Dragons Basketball Club is open to all girls in East Lothian and encourages girls to come along and try out for one of our teams.

As a club we are committed to the development of young basketball players to become good

The club is affiliated with Basketball Scotland, and fully supported by Sport Scotland

At present we are starting the club with two U 14 girls' teams, and an U16 girls' team.

The club will expand with u12 teams in 2013 - 2014.
