Secondary School Swimmers compete for Junior Trophy
On Thursday 16th March, the third East Lothian High School Swimming event was held at Musselburgh Sports Centre. The annual event involved all six secondary schools with swimmers competing for points to win the S1-S3 trophy.
This year we had a number of club swimmers, non-club swimmers and swimmers that have come through the Additional Support Needs school swimming lessons come together to compete as a team.
Calum Tait from Edinburgh University Swim Team was on hand to provide demonstrations on technique before staying to support the event and present the awards.
Over the course of the morning, there was some excellent swimming on display with the teams supporting each other in every race!
