Teamgym is an exciting, dynamic and interactive sport. Teamgym exhibits gymnastic skills in three different disciplines, Floor, Trampette (including vault) and Tumbling. All 3 require effective team work, excellent technique in the elements and spectacular acrobatic elements. The Teamgym competition generates an excellent spirit and atmosphere. Teams can be women's, men's or mixed at regional or national level.

Saltire Team Gymnastics have classes for children from 6yrs + into adulthood providing a fun, friendly and family orientated environment suitable to ability and skill level of each child. We have development classes across the Midlothian and East Lothian areas in addition to competitive teams across primary, junior and senior age categories. Saltire is the biggest Teamgym club in Scotland and boasts a highly qualified and experienced coaching team dedicated to providing top quality gymnastics for all who attend. We offer an excellent platform to develop fundamental skills and build friendships.
