Tranent & Preston Village (Prestonpans) Cricket Club merged in 2017 with the aim of securing cricket within both communities. The club currently run 3 Saturday competitive teams, a Sunday League team and 2 mid week teams. 

The club is structured to offer adult cricket to all regardless of cricket ability. Unfortunately at the time of writing the club does not run  a junior section although this together with the formation of a women/ girls team and a disabled team are club ambitions.

The clubs currently hosts games at Polwarth Park and at Meadowmill.
