East Lothian’s annual Youth Games enjoyed great success in the March sunshine.  Around 600 children from across East Lothian attended East Lothian’s Annual Youth Games which was held on Tuesday 27^th March at Meadowmill Sports Centre.  S1 and S2 pupils, representing 6 East Lothian High Schools, competed in 6 core sports:  Football, Rugby, Hockey, Badminton, Basketball and Golf.

The Games were facilitated by East Lothian’s Sports Development Officers, Secondary Active Schools Co-ordinators, Telford College and Secondary staff.  All staff, pupils and guests welcomed the opportunity to celebrate the authority’s great sporting success.  Final positions and overall School Champions 2012:
