Gallagher and Mair lead at Longniddry

5th East Lothian Junior Golf Order of Merit event

Longniddry Golf Club hosted our recent Stroke Play and Flag Event on Friday 23^rd May.

We had a good number or entries with 24 players competing to gain more points in the East Lothian Junior Golf Order of Merit.

Congratulations to Cameron Gallagher who won the Handicap Stroke Play competition with a fantastic net 33 over 9 holes.

Congratulations also to Oliver Mair who won the Non Handicap Flag competition with 3 of his 36 shots left after 6 holes holes.  Oliver will now move up to the Handicap / Stroke Play division.

All players receive 5 points for playing in the competition and the top 5 in each division receive the following points:  1^{st :}100 2^nd:75, 3^rd:50, 4^th:25 and 5^th:10

Stroke Play Competition

1^st : Cameron Gallagher (33)

2^nd:  Charlie Malcolm (36)

3^rd:  Jamie Gallagher (36.5)

4^th: Max Blair (39 / count back)

5^th: Archie Wilson (39)

Flag Competition

1^st : Oliver Mair (3 shots left)

2^nd:  Ryan Gallagher (2 shots left)

Joint 3^rd:  Murray Clark, Joe MacPherson, Jack Collingswood, Lewis MacKinnon and Jake Amis (in the hole at 6th)
