The Hawks and Dynamos Win Junior Hockey Trophies
Haddington Junior Hockey Club hosted the first tournament of the year on Sunday 17 March at the Aubigny Sports Centre.
Teams from Dunbar, Selkirk, Gullane and Haddington competed in the U10 and U12 event. The standard of hockey was extremely high with umpires, officials and organisers making the day run without a hitch. There was even a tuck shop providing hot drinks to keep the spectators warm!
The U10s tournament was won by the Gullane Hawks whilst the Dunbar Dynamos took the U12 title.
The next junior tournament will be hosted by Gullane Junior Hockey Club at the Aubigny Sports Centre, Haddington on Sunday 21 April.
