Hibernian FC Star visits Windygoul Primary School

Irish Professional Footballer, Tim Clancy visits Windgoul Primary School

Tim Clancy Visits Windygoul Primary

Two Windygoul Primary School classes had a surprising change to their PE lesson this week, when instead of their class teacher, they were put tough their paces by none other than Hibs Full Back, Tim Clancy. Tim has played in the Scottish Premier League since 2007 when he played for Kilmarnock, then a short spell at Motherwell, before joining the Edinburgh side in 2012.

Both of Tim’s daughters, currently attend Windygoul Primary and many of the children got to experience some of his knowledge and experience of being a Professional Footballer in the SPL.

Tim also completed a “Q & A” session with a large section of the school, who wanted to know what life was like as a professional sports person.

Everyone involved would like to thank Tim for his time and taking time out of his Holiday, as pre-season starts again next week, with Hibs gearing up to face tough competition in their Europa League qualifier. Everyone in the Tranent Custer wish him and his squad all the best for the coming season.
