Law Primary are Mid and East Champions!

Law Primary Badminton team celebrate winning the Mid & East Lothian Primary School Quaich.

Law Primary Badminton team celebrated winning the Mid & East Lothian Primary School Quaich which took place on Wednesday 20^thJanuary at Meadowmill Sports Centre.

 Law, Burgh, Dunbar, Longniddry and Kings Meadow Primary Schools all competed in the recent event and after some very close and exciting matches Law came out on top winning all their matches, second place went to last year’s winners Dunbar Primary and third position Longniddry Primary.

Law Primary will now go forward to represent Mid and East Lothian at the Scottish Schools Gibb Memorial Primary Quaich which will be held on Saturday 27^th February at Wishaw Sports Centre.

East Lothian Badminton Development Officer Christine Black was delighted with the fun and competitive spirit amongst the pupils and also wishes to thank staff, coaches, parents and senior pupils who assisted and supported throughout the afternoon.
