How can your club link with Active Schools in Haddington?
An important part of Active Schools is to help make sure pupils know where in their local community then can go to take part in a sport or activity. In order to do this well we have to have good relationships with local clubs and work alongside them to help them become stronger and more sustainable organisations.
Every club that works with Active Schools does so in its own way depending on the time and resources it has and the priorities they are concentrating on. If a club is unsure how they could link with Active Schools but are interested in finding out more, the Active Schools Coordinators in the area can offer suggestions and ideas.
Clubs can also join the Haddington Community Sports Hub which is a group open to all sports clubs in the area and Active Schools and Sport Development sit on the group.
