Community Council show generous support to TASC during an exciting finals night.
Davie Forrest and Jeff from Tranent & Elphinstone Community Council attended the highly exciting finals night of Tranent Amateur Swimming Clubs house championships. They presented a cheque from the community council for £200 to head coach Bruce Halloran and Paralympic Bronze Medallist at London 2012, James Clegg.
James has recently qualified for the world championships to be held in Montreal later this year, breaking a couple of national records along the way. Finals night was the end of an exciting week for TASC with many swimmers achieving personal best times. Thanks to James for presenting the medals to the overall winners of each age group.
